I found the staff helpful, especially the concierge who arranged two great tours. they also booked reservations at superb restaurants. the location proved ideal, close to la ramblas street and metro stops. i especially loved the rooftop restaurant with amazing views. The sagrada familia seen from there is unmatched.
I think a small detail was off. The hotel charged a fee for airport transfer i assumed was included. upon departure, i learned it wasn't paid and cost a quite lot. i wish there was clarity on this charge beforehand to avoid unexpected costs.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The location is great (pretty central and within walking distance of many sites).
I was charged a deposit of 100 euros, and it was not returned. Staff said they didn't know anything about it. (This was frustrating).

I loved the hotel's central location near iconic architecture. It allowed easy access to many attractions. ride shares and taxis were readily available. i found the staff friendly and professional. my first visit felt special because of their attentiveness. every staff member helped. the rooms were gorgeous and efficiently designed. the beds offered amazing comfort, i had delicious room service. the staff addressed any need immediately. their assistance was invaluable when we faced a family emergency. the hotel's location was amazing, several pharmacies were on the same block. Mini marts and grocery stores were very close.
the rooms felt small. the hotel has some tired areas. we found it hard to find a seat to enjoy the views. the room layout was very poor.
